Where exactly HAS the time gone since I last wrote ?? 

On  afternoon of the 17th -  I met with Michelle and Diane  - two artists that I have come to know through classes in previous years and with whom we jointly put on "Quite The Spectacle "  - our show in February 2012.    We had a wonderful time last week at Michelle's home with Chardonney,  appy's,  and a fun time critiquing each others work.  Of course, we had planned this and took paintings with us!!    It was a great time and I thank Michelle for the day !!   Our next get-together for critiquing will be at Diane's home in August.   Looking forward to this time also !!   

I am now trying to complete paintings that are new or were started and not finished.   We need to drive to Medicine Hat again on Sunday 29th to pick up my paintings that I had in The Visual Arts Show there.   We will go and come back in one day as I need Monday 30th to finish getting everything ready for my  1ST SOLO SHOW  at Art Central.   It begins Wed Aug 1 - 28th in the Lower Level in The Art Loop Gallery  and I am very pleased to be doing this !! 
What a fun time I have been having completing these different works for the new show !!   Really getting into it !!

Arrived home from vacation last night at midnight  - -   long drive !!  I am rushing to Medicine Hat tomorrow morning to take some paintings to a Visual Arts Show there.   I have entered this show for the last 3 years and thoroughly enjoy it.  So really like to get some work down there for this years show, also   Thanks so much to the members, curators,  etc,  for sending me an invite each year.     I will post some photos later on.    I just had a moments time to log in and write these few words.       I will be back  !!

Hi everyone !!  
We are having a good time on vacation in BC - even though we have had some rain - the days have still been nice and the days are getting much warmer starting tomorrow.  But I am thinking already that  when I return home-the busy-ness starts !  

I need to deliver 3 paintings to a July Show on Tuesday 11th  and then my own Solo Show starts July 31 to Aug 28  and I have many partially started OR shall I say partially finished paintings at home that must be worked on !   I am looking forward to doing this. . . and vacation is giving me the time to think about what I all want or need to do !!
